Andi has been practicing family law since 1998. Before joining Arizona Mediation Institute, she practiced litigation and Collaborative Divorce in addition to conducting mediations.
As a mediator, Andi’s passion is peacemaking. Through her litigation practice, she has learned that ’winning’ by going to court hurts families and children as they move into the future and puts a significant strain on the family finances. Problem solving while mediating allows for long term agreements to be put into place.
A native of the Midwest, Andi went to law school at Creighton University School of Law in Nebraska and practiced in Kansas for five years. She is the mother of two.
